4. Mensyukuri nikmat Allah

mungkin untuk menghilangkan stress ringan dengan cara:

kita berlibur kecil-kecilan bersama keluarga atapun yang lain, lebih mendekatkan diri kepada Allah, mendengarkan musik yg disukai.
